Deleting Your Data
This page explains how to delete the data Audia Automation holds about you, including data received from Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Our Privacy Policy describes in full what we hold and why.
- In Audia: open Settings → Connected accounts → Instagram and click Disconnect. This deletes your Instagram login from your computer and any copy held on Audia's servers for scheduled posts. Any Reels you had scheduled will not be posted.
- In Instagram: go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, and remove Audia. Meta then tells our servers, and we delete any Instagram data we hold for your account and stop any Reels still scheduled.
- By email: write to audiaautomation@outlook.com from the email address of your Audia account, and we will delete it for you.
TikTok
In Audia, open Settings → Connected accounts → TikTok and click Disconnect. This asks TikTok to revoke Audia's access and deletes your TikTok login from our servers straight away. Any TikTok posts you had scheduled will not be posted. You can also remove Audia from the apps connected to your account in TikTok's own settings.
Scheduled posts
Videos waiting to be posted are deleted from our storage as soon as each post has been published or has failed, and post details are deleted once Audia has shown you the result. To have anything still scheduled deleted sooner, disconnect the account it goes to, as above.
YouTube, SoundCloud, BeatStars, and Airbit
These logins are stored only on your own computer. Disconnect them in Audia's Settings, or uninstall Audia. You can also remove Audia's access to YouTube at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your Audia account
To delete your Audia account and everything we hold about you, email audiaautomation@outlook.com from your account's email address. We delete your personal data within 30 days, except payment records, which UK tax law requires us to keep for 7 years (held by Stripe).
What is not deleted
Deleting your data from Audia does not delete anything you have already posted to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform. To remove those posts, use the platform itself.
